Timber skids. 100mm roof insulation. 40mm wall insulation. 19 x 150mm PTGV internal lining timber. 25 x 150mm PTGV pressure treated external timber. Built 2022 and has been used as a rest/meeting room for agricultural workers. Internally, half carpet and half vinyl with a fold down fitted shelf/table beneath the window. Curtain rails above the window and above the door. As new.
