BUYER REGISTRATION

If you have not created a Stags bidding account before, please continue to 'CREATE ACCOUNT' to sign up for this and future auctions. Once signed up you will then be required to 'REGISTER' for each auction we hold and accept the related Terms & Conditions.

 

Please ensure the registration form is completed fully, providing business details & references, where appropriate. In some cases, a member of the Auctions team may contact you to further verify your account.

 

If you are a new or infrequent client of the Stags Auctions department and intend on bidding on multiple and/or high value items, please ensure to contact us beforehand to avoid any risk of your account being suspended. Where insufficient details have been provided or bidding patterns appear sporadic or unusual, Stags reserve the right to suspend any such bidding account without warning.

 

OVERSEAS / NATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Purchasers from overseas, or other areas nationally, should contact the auctioneers to provide references and fully verify their account. Those that do not provide references risk having their account suspended at the auctioneer’s discretion when participating in our auctions.

 

GENERAL VIEWING OF LOTS

To arrange viewings with vendors in person, to speak to the vendors over the phone to make further enquiries, a fully refundable, minimum 10% deposit on the sale price of the lot is required to ‘reserve’ and view the Fodder or Livestock. No vendor contact details will be released until this deposit is received and confirmed by Stags. BUYER’S PREMIUM

Buyers premium on fodder is 1% +VAT admin fee per lot and 10% +VAT admin fee per lot on Poultry.

PAYMENT

BACS payments are the preferred method of payment. Please use the following details to pay;

Debit/credit cards can be used by calling the office on 01769 572042 up to £5000.

Cash can be accepted up to a maximum of £7000 by prior arrangement.

 

HIGHEST BIDDERS

Highest bidders from the original auction will have priority to purchase, if still interested, for the first 24 hours following the close of the original auction. If negotiations have already commenced and are ongoing, this priority may extend beyond 24 hours.
 

 

BIDS

All bids placed in this catalogue are offers. If a successful ‘buy it now’ offer has been placed, you will receive a notification email confirming your offer has been placed (Please check your junk folder).

Please note – No offer placed is confirmed as sold to any purchaser until confirmation from a member of the Stags Auctions team has been received, by way of invoice, via email or post.
