LOADING & UNLOADING OF LOTS
A Telehandler is available to assist with unloading sale items and loading sale items on Friday and Sale Day (No loading will take place on sale day until the sale has concluded and it is safe to do so)
DIRECTIONS
The showground postcode is DT6 4EG and is located along the West Bay Road near Bridport
VIEWING
On Friday 12th June from 2pm – 5pm and on the morning of the sale from 8.30am to 10am. Please note that entries will be arriving up to the start of the sale, so they may not be at the site on the day before the sale
VAT
Please note that a number of the entries received are subject to VAT at 20%. Details of each lot's VAT will be announced at the time of sale
REFRESHMENTS
Various catering outlets will be available for use at your convenience
CLEARANCE
All lots remain at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer and must be removed by 5pm on Saturday 13th June. If any purchaser leaves a lot beyond this time then they do so entirely at their own risk
BUYERS PREMIUM
ONSITE BIDDERS: 10% Buyers Premium charged on all lots purchased onsite to a maximum of £250 per lot + VAT (£300)
PAYMENT
We are able to accept debit cards as well as cash or cheque (subject to limitations)
PURCHASERS
Prospective purchasers not known to the auctioneers should contact the auctioneers before the sale and give banking details and references on 01769 572042. Prospective purchasers should also bring a form of photographic I.D to the sale in order to register.
REGISTRATION
Please ensure that you register on the morning of the sale at the sales office and obtain a bidding number. Photographic ID may be requested when registering, and some personal details will be requested.
