Friday 23rd January to Monday 2nd February 2026 (Lots start closing at 4.30pm, 10 lots closing per minute).

 

BUYER REGISTRATION

If you have not created a Stags bidding account before, please continue to 'CREATE ACCOUNT' to sign up for this and future auctions. Once signed up you will then be required to 'REGISTER' for each auction we hold and accept the related Terms & Conditions.

 

Please ensure the registration form is completed fully, providing business details & references, where appropriate. In some cases, a member of the Auctions team may contact you to further verify your account.

 

If you are a new or infrequent client of the Stags Auctions department and intend on bidding on multiple and/or high value items, please ensure to contact us beforehand to avoid any risk of your account being suspended. Where insufficient details have been provided or bidding patterns appear sporadic or unusual, Stags reserve the right to suspend any such bidding account without warning.

 

OVERSEAS/NATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Purchasers from overseas, or other areas nationally, should contact the auctioneers to provide references and fully verify their account. Those that do not provide references risk having their account suspended at the auctioneer’s discretion, without notice, when participating in our auctions.

 

LOT COLLECTION GUIDANCE

Collection day will be on Tuesday 10th February 2026 between 9.00am - 4.30pm.
Upon the close of the sale Postage will be automatically added to your invoice in preparation for payment and dispatch. If you wish to collect your items on the designated collection day you will need to contact the office at auctions@stags.co.uk or on 01769 572042.

 

BUYER’S PREMIUM

Charged on all lots. Buyer’s premium is 20% per lot. Subject to a minimum charge of £2.00 per lot.

Example 1 - £20 non-VAT item + £4 buyer’s premium & £0.80 VAT.
Example 2 - 5 non-VAT lots all costing £10 (£50 total) + £10 buyer’s premium & £2 VAT.

BACS payments are the preferred method of payment. Please use the following details to pay;

Debit/credit cards can be used by calling the office on 01769 572042 up to £5000.

Cash can be accepted up to a maximum of £7000 by prior arrangement.

BIDS

If a successful bid has been placed, you will receive a notification email confirming your bid (Please check your junk folder). If you are unsure on any of the processes, please do not hesitate to call the office on 01769 572042 or one of our dedicated auctioneer contacts at the bottom of the catalogue page.

 

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

All bids placed in any auction are legally binding. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that they are the sole user of their bidding account and that any bids placed are accurate.

Bidders are liable for any bids and consequential purchases made in any case.

WEB BROWSER & BIDDING

• Please place bids in good time and do not wait to bid until the very last moments, particularly if you are bidding on multiple lots.

• Any bids placed within the last 5 minutes of any lot closing, will increase the lot closing time by an additional 5 minutes. I.e., a bid placed on a lot with 3 minutes left until closing, will increase the lot closing time by 5 minutes, resulting in total closing time now being 8 minutes.

• Please use Google Chrome as your preferred browser for optimum display and responsiveness

• Please always refresh the page when watching items count down –

• Always ensure your 'cache' is clear and not displaying outdated information.

• The auctioneers and their software providers will not be held liable for any interruption with bidding during our auctions.
