Built by Longcross Stables - Consisting of 12 x 12 stables and a 6 x 12 tack room - Box profile roof - Ship lap cladding and internal OSB lining - Pairs of stable doors - Kick latches - Slide bolts and books and gutters to the front - Solid and strong but does have wear and tear due to its age - Cladding is all solid but some lining will need replacing and some of the bottom frame timbers will need replacing (probably 6 lengths of 3 x 2 timber 12' long but these will be supplied) - Original cost including VAT and erection of new building was £7000 - The block can only be viewed no later than Tuesday 30th July as it is being dismantled Wednesday 31st July - Can be delivered direct at a cost of £1.50 per mile - No warranty on the building
