BIDS PER ACRE - Consisting of 4 blocks - Block 1 is 1 7.0-acre field of permanent pasture on east side of the farm known as maize close. Block 2 is 2 fields of permanent pasture making up 8.0 acres. Block 3 is 3 fields making up 7 acres this was re seeded 5 years ago. Block 4 is the south side of the road and is 1 10.5-acre field that has been adjusted down to 4.5 acres due to large parts that are uncuttable due to the gradient of the ground. - Docks and nettles are located throughout the field therefore viewing is recommended. - No fertiliser has been applied to any of the ground - Buyers must cut once by the end of September 2026; any bales must also be removed by this point - All blocks have road access via a 12' or 15' gate - Blocks 2 and 3 are also connected via a 12' gate - The purchaser must satisfy themselves with the ground that is to be cut in block 4 due to the steep nature of the ground, the vendor accepts no liability for any issues or accidents that occur due to steep ground being cut or harvested. It is recommended that the purchaser walks the fields with the vendor before cutting as there are odd obstacles in 3 of the fields such as manholes, sheep dip tanks and stay wires.
