Charged on all lots. Buyer’s premium is 15% per lot capped at a maximum of £250 + vat per lot (£300). Subject to a minimum charge of £3.00 per lot.
Example 1 - £10,000 non-VAT tractor + £250 buyer’s premium & £50 VAT.
Example 2 - 5 non-VAT lots all costing £200 (£1000 total) + £150 buyer’s premium & £20 VAT.
