Built by a company called G D PETERS &CO LTD LONDON - For Restoration - Plastic Arc Welding System from the late 1940-1950 possibly - Think it was manufactured using a ford Thames trader engine/chassis/Axle. Not been running for several years, had been dry stored until recently. - See photos for description and more information and to research the company.
