The vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone attending the sale. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. All persons entering the saleground does so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any Health and Safety notices and guidelines. All persons entering the saleground are hereby given notice that there are significant risks due to vehicle movement, nature of the premises and the way the equipment is displayed. No vehicle should enter the lot layout areas whilst the sale is still in progress without express permission of the auctioneers. Permission from the auctioneers is required ahead of starting machinery, vehicles, or any powered equipment. Any incidents or accidents on the saleground must be reported to Stags sales office immediately. The main car park is in a field so therefore tractors and 4x4s are strongly advised. There is very limited parking on hard ground. To aviod disappoint and to assist staff in parking you sensibly please arrive in good time. If you choose to park on the public highway please do so with consideration for other motorists. All lots remain the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer. All lots must be removed by 5pm on Friday 15th March. A telehandler will remain on-site until Monday 11th March to assist anybody returning to the site with loading.
